| Nucleus Signs Multi-Year Agreement with Leading Healthcare Information

ATLANTA - July 10, 2002 - Nucleus Communications announced that it has entered
into an ongoing content license agreement with HealthGate Data Corp
(OTCBB:HGAT), a market-leading provider and electronic publisher of
healthcare information for health-related organizations. HealthGate offers
institutions a wealth of content, including information on diagnostic and
surgical procedures, general and specific drug data, cancer, the human
anatomy, disease symptoms, alternative medicines, illnesses, surgeries,
breaking medical news and more.
Under the agreement, HealthGate will incorporate hundreds of medical
illustrations from the Nucleus Database, containing over 15,000 graphics and
animations, into HealthGate's award-winning and proprietary content.
The
illustrations will be used to help patients and consumers better understand
human anatomy, physiology and various diseases and conditions.
